About the Job

Position: Head Demand Generation (Digital & Events)

Location: Noida

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Demand Generation (Digital & Events) to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns and manage event strategies. The ideal candidate will specialize in generating demand, identifying qualified leads, and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities


Digital Demand Generation

Develop and execute data-driven demand generation strategies across digital platforms.

Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.) to drive lead generation and engagement.

Leverage analytics to track campaign performance and continuously refine strategies for optimal results.

Event Management

Design and implement demand generation strategies through SAP-specific and general industry events, both virtual and in-person.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between event goals and business objectives.

Manage event logistics, including planning, execution, and follow-up communication.

Lead Management

Route leads from various regions to respective sales teams, ensuring a seamless handoff process.

Own the conversion of mid-market leads by engaging directly with prospects and guiding them through the sales funnel.

Analyze lead quality and pipeline performance to continuously improve the lead management process.

Collaboration and Leadership

Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with company goals.

Lead a team to ensure seamless execution of demand generation initiatives.

Mentor and guide team member(s) to enhance skills and achieve targets.

Must have:

  • 12+ years of proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and event management at a global scale.
  • Strong expertise in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent understanding of lead routing processes and conversion strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
  • Expertise in paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for B2B marketing.

Good to have

  • Hands-on experience with SAP events and campaigns is preferred.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in mid-market and enterprise-level environments.
