Jobholders are typically responsible for:Strategic Leadership- Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to shape and refine the company's strategic direction.- Lead the development of strategic roadmaps, growth blueprints, and market expansion strategies.- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on new business opportunities, partnerships, and competitive positioning.- Support high-level decision-making through strategic analysis, scenario planning, and board-level presentations.- Prepare and review board papers, investor decks, and regulatory submissions related to corporate strategy.- Identify and evaluate new markets, distribution channels, and product opportunities.PMO Governance & Transformation- Establish and lead the enterprise PMO, ensuring consistent governance and delivery of strategic programs.- Define project management frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures to monitor progress and impact.- Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely execution of transformation initiatives.Digital Business & Innovation- Lead the digital transformation roadmap, including platform strategy, automation, and customer experience.- Identify and incubate new digital business models and revenue streams.- Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to embed digital capabilities across the enterprise.
