Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative visionary to take on the role of Creative Marketing Lead.

In this key position, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the creative direction of our brand.

You will play a pivotal role in developing compelling content, impactful creatives, managing social platforms, and driving brand campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Content Development:

- Create and oversee the development of high-quality educational content that aligns with our brand and educational objectives.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and content creators to ensure accuracy and relevance.

- Develop content strategies that resonate with our target audience across various educational levels.

Creative Direction:

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visually appealing and engaging creatives for digital and print media.

- Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.

- Stay abreast of design trends and innovative approaches to maintain a cutting-edge creative presence.

Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

- Manage and curate content for social platforms, fostering a sense of community among our audience.

- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaign strategies.

Brand Campaigns:

- Spearhead the planning and execution of brand campaigns to drive awareness and user acquisition.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.

- Monitor and report on the success of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 5-7 years in a creative role, preferably in the EdTech or related industry.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic thinking across various media.

- In-depth knowledge of educational content development and learning methodologies.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, and other creative software.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
