Role Newton School is looking for an extremely Enthusiastic pedagogy oriented, process driven leader to make the overall academic experience for all Newton School students from great to awesome Most Desired Skills - Must have handled large teams across multiple functions and executed processes over the years. - Has a really good fundamental understanding of the tech world, tech systems and coding essentials. - Hands-on working experience on either of the tech stack - React, DevOps, Java, Data Science, Machine Learning etc. - At least 2 years of teaching experience in either any online education platform or in any recognised university of institute - Have really great inter-personal skills and can communicate thoroughly with confidence across multiple teams - Business Oriented mindset along with Student's empathy driven attitude - Take Responsibility of overall tech content creation team and their processes - Handle and prioritise blockers regarding content creation and generation Key Responsibilities - Work with multiple teams across functionality and work as academic counsellor to best achieve student's pedagogical intent - Create awesome teaching experience from fundamentals to practical oriented to finally outcome oriented education across a variety of students and variety of courses. - Setup processes and Implement new ideas on generating and consuming technical content required for all the stakeholders (Students, Instructors, Mentors and Teaching Assistance) Bonus Points - Worked at similar positions in other ed-techs or universities before. - Has very keen revolutionary attitude about teaching methodology as a whole Our Way Of Working - An opportunity to work on something that really matters. - A fast-paced environment to learn and grow. - High transparency in decision making. - High autonomy; freedom to take risks, to experiment, and to fail. - Market Competitive salary We promise a meaningful journey with smart people, with opportunities to learn & grow.
