Job Purpose

To generate demand and promote Aurolab's Therapeutic Pharma products within the assigned territory by engaging healthcare professionals and supporting business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for all therapeutic pharma products in the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular visits to doctors and chemists (7 doctor calls & 10 chemist calls/day; 80% monthly coverage).
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities effectively.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with distributors for uninterrupted product availability.
  • Maintain updated customer databases, call lists, and doctor-product mapping.
  • Submit tour plans, daily call reports (DCR), and expenses on time using the designated software.
  • Gather and share competitor intelligence and product feedback with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies on ethics, grooming, communication, and customer commitments.
  • Continuously upgrade technical and product knowledge.
  • Support other official tasks as assigned by the manager.
