As we prepare for launch, we are looking for aGTM Lead— abuilder, strategist, and doerwho can design and execute our growth journey from the ground up.Key Responsibilities: 1️⃣ User Acquisition & Growth Define and execute a roadmap to acquire the first1 million userswithin 12 months. Lead growth experiments acrossInstagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, influencer funnels, and community networks . Manage paid campaigns ( Meta Ads, Google, YouTube ) and optimize CAC, installs, and retention. Build and scale distribution through partnerships withlocal influencers, cultural groups, and community organizations . 2️⃣ Messaging & Positioning Create segment-wise messaging playbooks (youth, families, NRIs, regional audiences). Maintain brand tone and storytelling across app, social, and campaigns. Continuously refine communication through data-driven testing. 3️⃣ Execution & Ownership Run hands-ondigital campaigns, influencer programs, and referral loops . Drive offline activations (temple-linked tie-ups, local events, grassroots marketing). Negotiate and close partnerships that fuel scalable growth. 4️⃣ Retention & Engagement Foster daily/weekly user engagement throughcontent and community hooks . Implement referral, gamification, and engagement strategies for stickiness. Collaborate with product/content teams to enhance user retention. 5️⃣ Analytics & Reporting Build and own growth dashboards ( DAU, WAU, CAC, LTV, retention ). Conduct A/B tests and funnel analysis to optimize acquisition and conversion.
