Job Summary:- We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and detail-oriented professional to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) as an Assistant.- The role primarily involves handling and preparing MIS reports, conducting financial and sales analysis, and providing operational support for decision-making.- The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or real estate with a sound understanding of FSI calculations, project data management, and reporting processes.- The person must be proactive, resourceful, and capable of independently handling situations with confidence.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, compile, and analyze MIS reports for the COO on a regular basis.- Track, monitor, and report project performance, sales progress, and expenditure against budgets.- Conduct financial and real estate-related analysis, including FSI and utilization calculations.- Support the COO in reviewing project feasibility, sales projections, and operational efficiency.- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales, project, and planning) to gather and validate data for reporting.- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management reviews.- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely submission of project updates.- Travel to project sites or stakeholder meetings as required for reporting and follow-up.- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all documentation and reporting shared with the COO.Requirements:- Strong understanding of FSI calculations and real estate project data.- Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MIS tools.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills to liaise across teams and stakeholders.- Smart, proactive, and resourceful individual with the ability to handle situations independently and effectively.- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.- Willingness to travel when required.Preferred Background:- Prior experience in real estate or township projects.- Exposure to project financial analysis, sales data tracking, and MIS dashboards (ref:iimjobs.com)
