**Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with over 3 years of experience, exclusively in the hospitality industry, to support the sales team at Della Adventure & Resorts. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily sales activities, managing client communications, supporting the sales managers, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with sales managers to coordinate sales activities, schedule meetings, and assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, sending quotes, following up on proposals, and ensuring excellent client service throughout the sales process.
- Administrative Support: Manage daily sales administrative tasks including maintaining sales documentation, updating databases, tracking client information, and ensuring records are accurately maintained.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and performance, track targets, and compile data for sales forecasts to support decision-making for the sales team.
- Sales Activities: Assist with lead generation efforts, coordinate promotional activities, and help organize events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with other departments (such as Reservations, Marketing, and Front Office) to facilitate smooth client bookings and ensure sales packages and promotions are correctly implemented.
- Follow-ups & Client Feedback: Follow up on pending leads, collect feedback from clients post-sales, and share insights with the sales team to continuously improve services.
- Market Research: Conduct research on competitor offerings, trends in the hospitality industry, and opportunities for growth to aid in refining the sales strategy.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, interactions, and follow-up activities to support an organized and efficient sales process.
**Job Expectations**:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Executive role in the hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Minimum Qualification**: Graduate
**Minimum Job Experience**: 3- 5 years
**Reporting to**: Head of Department
**Travel**: Yes, as and when required.
