- Designing and producing high-quality graphics for digital and print media.
- Ensuring all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and company standards.
- Developing and maintaining a cohesive visual style across all marketing channels.
- Assisting in the creation of video content by providing graphic elements and supporting the editing process.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements as needed.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and relevant design solutions.
- Managing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

**Job Expectations**:
Position/Role: Graphic Designer (Hospitality Industry)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Location: Lonavala
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Industries Preferred: Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Real Estate, Design & Architecture, Advertising Agencies
Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent creativity and innovation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of branding, layout, and typography
- Basic knowledge of web design and video editing is a plus

**Minimum Qualification**: Degree in relevant field

**Minimum Job Experience**: 3- 5 years

**Reporting to**: Director

**Travel**: Yes, as and when required.
