**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation**:

- Design and develop high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Create branding collaterals and templates that align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
- Work on packaging designs, signage, and promotional materials as required.
- Develop innovative concepts for marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all visuals.

**2. Video Editing (Add-on)**:

- Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to script, storyboard, and create compelling video content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Optimize video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Enhance video footage with graphics, animations, sound effects, and music.

**3. Collaboration and Creative Input**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and provide creative input for campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative outputs within deadlines.
- Receive feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs to meet project specifications.

**4. Brand Consistency and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all designs and visuals adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.
- Conduct quality checks on all visual assets before release to ensure high standards and error-free content.

**5. File Management and Organization**:

- Maintain organized files and folders for all creative assets, including design files, templates, images, videos, and project archives.
- Implement a systematic naming and filing structure to ensure easy retrieval of assets for future use.
- Regularly back up and update creative libraries, ensuring the latest versions are accessible to the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including both print and digital projects.
- Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of photography and videography is a bonus.
