Job Requirements :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Varicent ICM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using Varicent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compensation plans, optimize performance, and ensure accurate and timely payouts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Varicent ICM solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure and maintain Varicent components including data models, workflows, and calculation logic.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform data integration, validation, and transformation using ETL tools and SQL.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Varicent configurations and data processing.

- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in Varicent ICM development and implementation.

- Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.

- Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Varicent certification is a plus.

- Experience in sales operations or finance domains.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
