The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, installation, and end-user assistance. This role involves working directly at client sites to ensure smooth IT operations and timely issue resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and basic networking issues.Handle user support requests, diagnose problems, and deliver quick, effective solutions.Support device imaging, system updates, software installations, and patching.Maintain and track IT assets, tools, and service records.Work with global or remote support teams for escalations and complex issues.Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and organizational IT policies.Document all work performed, including incidents, resolutions, and equipment handled.Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Technician, or similar role.Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and Windows OS environments.Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, etc.).Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common enterprise tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.Experience in an enterprise or multinational company environment.Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.What We OfferCompetitive contract-based compensation.Opportunity to work with international clients under Throne Solutions.Potential for future assignments based on performance.
