This role will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions with Media, Research and Emerging Technology. They will collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, use AI-driven tools and techniques to identify potential candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining a robust talent pipeline and contributing to other HR initiatives as needed.Qualifications3+ years of recruitment agency experience hiring for media/research/technology rolesExperience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidatesKnowledge of AI-driven tools and techniques for recruitmentStrong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate with hiring managers and understand recruitment needsExperience in maintaining a robust talent pipelineExperience working in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldHere’s what working with us feels like:Real impact: You’ll work directly with clients across India, helping them build next-gen AI and digital teams.Autonomy: We trust you to own your outcomes.
