Description:Job Overview:CarDekho Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Region Head to lead and manage our sales team.This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in Digital and concept selling, along with proven team management skills. The Region Head will oversee the sales, managing a team of Dealer Sales Managers (DSMs) and Key AccountManagers, driving sales growth, and ensuring business objectives are achieved.Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 sales professionals, including DSMs and Key Account Managers.- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, providing regular feedback and support to meet sales objectives.- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, using Excel and PowerPoint, to senior management.Must-Have Skills:- Digital/Concept Selling: Expertise in selling digital products or services and conceptual sales approaches.- Excel: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.- PPT Preparation: Strong skills in creating and delivering impactful presentations.Good-to-Have Skills:- HNI Sales: Experience in handling high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients.- Team Handling Experience: Previous experience in managing a sales Graduate or postgraduate (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record in sales and team management.
