Hyderabad.Experience Required: 5+ Years in B2G & B2B IT Solution Sales.Department: Strategic Sales Government & Enterprise Accounts.About ESDS:ESDS Software Solution Ltd. is a leading provider of cutting-edge cloud, data center, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.We are committed to empowering both government bodies and enterprises with next-gen digital transformation.As we move toward an end-to-end, 360-degree solution-selling model, we are seeking high-impact sales professionals to join our growth journey.Position Overview:We are seeking a Sales Champion who thrives in consultative, solution-based selling and has a proven track record of success in both Government (B2G) and Enterprise (B2B) sectors.This strategic role will involve leading large-scale digital transformation engagements across e-Governance, Cybersecurity, Digital Banking, and Enterprise IT Solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Drive 360 solution sales across government departments, PSUs, and enterprise accounts (BFSI, Manufacturing, Education, etc.- Create and execute regional sales strategies focused on e-Governance, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Enterprise IT.- Build and strengthen CXO-level and government stakeholder relationships across departments and ministries.- Identify leads through existing networks, market research, and strategic targeting.- Lead proposal creation, tender participation, empanelments, and high-value deal negotiations.- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal pre-sales, delivery, and legal teams to create effective, compliant solutions.- Maintain deep knowledge of government procurement processes, digital initiatives, and industry developments.- Consistently achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Ideal Candidate Profile:Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering.Experience: 5+ years in sales of IT services or digital solutions, with a focus on government and enterprise verticals.Proven track record of winning large deals in government and enterprise environments.Strong network within government entities and enterprise CXOs.Demonstrated ability to handle complex consultative sales cycles and close high-value deals.Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and government tendering processes.Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work on transformative projects in the government and enterprise tech ecosystem.- High-growth, innovation-focused environment.- Attractive compensation package with performance incentives.- Career advancement and learning opportunities in emerging technologies.- A team-centric culture that values entrepreneurship, ownership, and agility.
