About the Position :

Join us as an Associate Product Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of Nalli Silk Sarees' e-commerce platform You will support the development and optimization of our product offerings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Product Development Support :

- Assist in defining product requirements and user stories for new features and enhancements.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear and concise user stories, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure alignment on product goals.

- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth communication.

3. Project Management : (Run Sprint)

- Support the Product Manager in planning and executing product roadmaps.

- Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

4. Testing and Validation :

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality.

- Validate new features and improvements against customer needs and business goals.

5. Customer Insights :

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.

- Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends and best practices.

6. Data Analysis :

- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer retention).

About Our Technology Platforms :

- In-house Oracle-based ERP

- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

- Back-end CMS: Magento 2, PHP, Zend Framework

- Adobe Commerce (Magento)

An Ideal Candidate Should Have :

1. Education :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

2. Experience :

- 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.

- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or fashion industries is a plus.

3. Technical Skills :

- Basic understanding of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).

- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.

4. Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
