Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Associate Growth Product Manager at PM Interview Prep Club. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as product road mapping, growth hacking, design thinking, product management, and growth marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Associate Growth Product Manager, you'll be a key driver in scaling PM Interview Prep Club's user base and revenue. Your focus will be on crafting and executing innovative growth strategies and monetisation initiatives. Specifically, you will:

- Design and implement comprehensive growth plans to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify, test, and refine revenue-generating opportunities that align with our platform's unique value proposition.
- Leverage analytics and user insights to optimize strategies and drive measurable improvements.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering team members to integrate growth and monetisation goals into the product roadmap.
- Work on A/B testing and iterative experiments to validate strategies and refine execution.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to discover new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- Proven interest or min of 1 yr experience in product management (internship experience is applicable too)
- Basic understanding of growth marketing techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
