Power the Future with us SolarEdge NASDAQ SEDG is a global leader in high-performance smart energy technology with over 5000 employees offices in 34 countries and millions of products installed in over 133 countries Our diverse product offering comprises intelligent solar inverters battery storage backup systems EV charging and complete energy management ecosystems By leveraging world-class engineering capabilities and with a relentless focus on innovation we strive to create a world where clean green energy from the sun is the primary source of power for our homes businesses and just about everywhere we thrive The product department at SolarEdge oversees the development of all new products and hold the responsibility to expand the business potential of the existing portfolio The team implements strategy roadmap and feature definitions for all SolarEdge s product lines hardware and software throughout the product life cycle We are seeking a self-motivated and a problem-solver product associate to join our C I Commercial Industrial Product team As a Product Associate at SolarEdges dynamic environment your primary responsibility would be to support the introduction of new products and help drive the business growth of our product portfolio You will be collaborating closely with Product Managers and in-directly manage activities across multiple teams including R D Operation Sales and Support Become a Product Associate in SolarEdge C I Product Department What will you be doing Collaborate with Product Managers in New Product Introduction NPI and Product Life Cycle PLC processes Assist in the coordination and execution of product development tasks and timelines Support the development of technical materials such as manuals product presentations training to communicate product advantages and benefits etc Work closely with cross-functional teams R D Procurement Marketing Operations on product-related initiatives Proactively identify and address any issues that might arise during product rollouts Assist in resolving customer technical or commercial issues Requirements B Sc in Electrical preferred Mechanical Industrial Engineering from a leading university 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Solar Industry Energy Sector Excellent English language proficiency both written and spoken Strong ability for execution and get tasks done Extremely high attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities Exceptional teamwork abilities with the flexibility to function independently as needed Experience working with and managing complex systems and infrastructures Advantage Experience with data entry and maintaining documentation Advantage Experience working with Oracle Agile PLM Advantage Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics SolarEdge recognizes its talented and diverse workforce as a key competitive advantage Our business success is a reflection of the quality and skill of our people SolarEdge is committed to seeking out and retaining the finest human talent to ensure top business growth and performance SolarEdge
