Key Responsibilities:- Drive the product strategy and execution and contribute to TMRW overall new products vision and strategy to improve the shopping experience.
- Lead the shopping product squads and partner with Tech, Design, Data teams, and other key stakeholders to develop the product roadmap.
- Work closely with internal and cross-functional teams like marketing, branding, and operations to drive GTM planning and execution for new shopping features to improve user conversion and engagement rates.
- Work with the director of product to arrive at the next steps & experiments . This will include leading discussions, engaging in debate, and driving an opinionated group to reach a conclusion.
- Turn ideas into projects , and lead or guide those projects to successful outcomes.
- Manage and grow our shopping squads , you will be responsible for their success.
- Evolving our product function to be ever-ready for upcoming scale driven via our organizational vision .
- 1+ year of experience leading product teams with a strong track record of shipping high-quality products and market launches.
- You should be able to demonstrate a product you've helped ship over this time, and explain how and why it did or did not succeed.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle .
- Prior E-commerce Product experience .
- Data Analytics, E-commerce .
- Nice to Haves - A/B Testing .
- Tier 1 colleges , MBA preferred, Exp. in high growth startups/e-commerce/marketplaces/D2C.
