Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive the success of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Problem Discovery: Collaborate across teams (Engineering, Design, Operations) to identify pain points and business problems.
- Conduct research, including customer / Operator interviews to refine problem statements.
- Help prioritize problems to solve based on business goals, customer impact, and feasibility.
- Conduct discovery sessions (both internal and external) to gather feedback and identify needs for product development.
- Manage the lifecycle of ongoing product enhancements, from ideation to execution.
- Own the enhancements with development teams to ensure features are enhanced as per the evolving needs of users and the business.
- Regularly assess product performance and identify & document areas for improvement.
- Be the first line of defence in managing Bugs whenever raised.
- Understanding and validating the nature of the bug - and working with engineering to resolve and rollout.
- Managing the active Bug list and ensuring continuous rollouts for fixes.
- Create easy to understand training material for new features and flows released in the Product.
- Coordinate and assist in training efforts for internal teams, ensuring they are well-equipped with product knowledge.
- Support and track the successful rollout of new features and product updates.
- Work with Product and other stakeholders to - define, track, and report on product success metrics.
- Collaborate independently and with the Data person to generate the success metrics while rolling out features, in MixPanel.
- Lead the testing and quality assurance process for new features, updates, and bug fixes.
- Develop test plans, conduct tests, and ensure issues are identified and resolved.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure product quality before release.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, Data Analytics, Consulting, or a related field involving analyzing and breaking down problem statements into actionable areas.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
