Responsibilities
- Lead generation: Research potential customers, and generate leads through cold calling, email, networking, and referrals
- Sales pipeline management: Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and managing tasks and deadlines
- Sales negotiations: Negotiate and close sales deals
- Sales strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to hit targets and expand the customer base
- Administrative tasks: Prepare proposals and contracts, and handle other administrative tasks related to sales
- Sales quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
- Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and provide ongoing account management
- Develop Domain Expertise: Actively pursue knowledge in order to become an expert in the Air Quality domain
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with an MBA (preferred) and have a zest to work in dealing with the problem of air pollution
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across levels with internal and external partners, including senior executives on both sides.
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within a team, with business partners, with cross-functional teams, and with partners.
- Result-orientated with demonstrated ability to independently achieve goals.
- Possess the discipline of proactively managing the partner relationship in a coordinated manner to drive the maximum value out of the relationship.
- Flexibility to travel across the country to meet Partners, Customers, and Prospects
