The role involvesday-to-day storage operations, performance tuning, and ensuring zero-downtime for trading-critical applications.Key Responsibilities: Administer, monitor, and troubleshootNetApp ONTAP storage systems (FAS/ AFF)acrossprimary DC and DR sites. Configure and managevolumes, LUNs, SVMs, SnapMirror, SnapVault, SnapLock, anddeduplication/compression features. Handlestorage provisioning, tiering, and performance optimizationfor low-latency trading applications. Participate instorage capacity planning, DR drills, and failover testingfor high-availability environments. Collaborate withserver, network, and application teamsfor seamless integration and performance tuning. Implementbackup, replication, and disaster recovery strategiesin compliance withSEBI/BFSI standards. Maintaindocumentation, runbooks, and RCA reportsfor audits and regulatory compliance. Supportstorage upgrades, firmware updates, and patchingin scheduled maintenance windows.Technical Requirements: 8+ yearshands-on experience withNetApp storage systems (ONTAP/FAS/AFF)inenterprise DC environments. Strong knowledge ofNAS & SAN storage protocols(NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, FC). Experience withSnapMirror, SnapVault, SnapLock, MetroCluster, andhigh-availability configurations. Familiarity withbackup/restore, replication, DR strategies, and performance tuning. Exposure tofinancial trading/BFSI networksorregulated low-latency DC environments. ITIL-basedincident, change, and problem management experience.Preferred Certifications: NetApp NCDA / NCIE / NCSIE ITIL Foundation
