Migration in between storage pools and external storages. ZTE firmware upgrade & fixing issues by coordinating with DCS team. - Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning for the ZTE storage infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and analyze performance issues - Managing, monitoring, and maintaining the data storage infrastructure to ensure data integrity, security, and availability in ZTE environment - Use management tools to monitor disk usage, I/O performance, and other key metrics to ensure optimal system functionality.Good to have skills:- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for ZTE Storage, changes, and procedures. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks. - Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and other IT staff. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to ZTE storage - Good to have skills on other storage sites like HP, Huawei - Diagnosing and resolving storage-related issues and performance bottlenecks - Good team player and quick learner
