The intern will support customer engagement and retention initiatives by assisting in the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, on-site messaging, and other channels.This role offers hands-on exposure to lifecycle marketing in a fast-paced environment, with an opportunity to directly impact customer journeys.Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push, On-site Messaging, and In-app channels. - Draft concise and engaging content for campaigns in line with brand tone. - Coordinate with design teams for creatives and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. - Set up, test, and optimize campaigns using marketing automation tools like MoEngage/CleverTap. - Monitor campaign performance (e.g., open rates, CTRs, conversions) and prepare reports. - Support segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies. - Research best practices and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement.Requirements- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Interest in digital marketing, customer engagement, and analytics. - Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. - Prior exposure to digital or retention marketing tools is a plus (not mandatory).What You’ll Gain- Practical experience in retention and lifecycle marketing. - Exposure to leading campaign management and analytics tools. - Opportunity to work on live projects with measurable outcomes. - Mentorship and guidance from experienced marketers.
