Department: Enterprise Business Unit.

Reporting To: BU Head.

Role Overview:

- Responsible for managing end-to-end business operations across the enterprise business unit.

- The role involves overseeing inventory, vendor management, internal processes, team productivity, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with BU Head to define and meet monthly and annual business goals.

- Lead operational planning, execution, and process improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, purchase) for effective operations.

- Manage internal stock transfers, short/wrong/damaged supply issues, and global shipment orders.

- Handle stock returns, inventory analysis, aging reports, and reconciliation processes.

- Monitor backlog reports and address price approval, order confirmation (DA/OC), and pending billing issues.

- Ensure contracts, pricing agreements, and compliance with local regulations.

- Escalate open issues to principal partners and internal SPOCs.

- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure smooth business continuity.

- Support strategic planning through audits, trend analysis, and actionable insights.

- Promote a positive and productive work environment aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:.

Essential:.

- MBA. 15-20 years of relevant experience in business operations.

- Strong communication, conflict management, and decision-making skills.

- Experience in import operations and enterprise processes.

- High work ethic, result-oriented approach, and team management experience.

Desirable:

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work under pressure.

- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and deadline orientation.

- Proficiency in data handling, budgeting, and delegation.
