Job Summary
The National Head - Clinic Business is responsible for overseeing and driving the overall operations, profitability, and growth of the clinic network across multiple locations.
This role involves strategic planning, business expansion, operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery.
The National Head will lead a team of regional and clinic managers, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and business objectives.
KRAs: E2E Clinic management- feasibility study, location of new clinic, establishment, operations, profitability

- Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Stakeholder MBA / Healthcare Management / Business Administration / Medical Degree (preferred).
Experience: 10+ years of experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, or clinic operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in multi-location clinic/hospital chains.
- Knowledge of digital healthcare trends and telemedicine solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare business models, patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
