As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Branding Manager to lead our branding efforts across all channels, including digital, content, and events.


Role Overview:

The Senior Branding Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall branding strategy, ensuring that Supersourcing has a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms. This role will require a balance of creative vision and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to lead a team to deliver results. You will work closely with content creators, digital marketers, event planners, and external partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Supersourcing’s business goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including social media, digital platforms, events, and traditional media.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to establish Supersourcing as a market leader in the industry.


2. Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the branding team, including content creators, social media managers, and designers.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across departments (sales, product, customer success, etc.) to align all efforts with the overall brand strategy.
  • Oversee the work of external agencies or freelancers, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of projects.


3. Content & Digital Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the content strategist to create high-quality, engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and other digital platforms.
  • Work with the YouTube content producer and creative team to grow the channel, ensuring the brand’s storytelling remains fresh and engaging.
  • Explore new content channels and ensure the brand’s presence on reputable platforms through thought leadership articles, podcasts, etc.


4. Event Marketing & Brand Experiences:

  • Plan, oversee, and execute branded events, both physical and virtual, ensuring they align with overall branding and marketing objectives.
  • Partner with event coordinators to ensure all branding and marketing materials are cohesive and represent the Supersourcing brand accurately.
  • Create memorable event experiences that leave a lasting impression on attendees and reflect the core values of Supersourcing.


5.Creative Direction & Innovation:

  • Oversee all creative outputs, ensuring the visual and written content aligns with the brand's identity.
  • Drive innovation in branding activities, introducing new, creative ways to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Champion creativity within the team, encouraging fresh ideas for campaigns, branding collateral, and overall brand messaging.


6. Budget Management:

  • Work within budget constraints while maximizing the impact of branding activities.
  • Allocate resources effectively, prioritizing high-ROI initiatives across digital and event-based channels.


7. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Define KPIs for branding activities and campaigns, regularly measuring performance against goals.
  • Analyze data from digital campaigns, events, and content marketing to improve branding efforts.
  • Report progress and insights to the leadership team, recommending adjustments to strategy where necessary.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in branding, digital marketing, and event management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and video content.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate a clear brand vision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in scaling YouTube or other digital platforms.
  • Experience with branding in the tech or HR industries.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on branding and marketing performance.
