Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Brand Marketing Specialist to spearhead our brand strategy execution. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to drive customer loyalty, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will oversee brand messaging, positioning, and content across social media and digital platforms to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and loyalty. They will also plan and execute engaging social media campaigns across key platforms to enhance brand presence, audience engagement, and community building.

This role requires excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to drive customer loyalty and ensure alignment with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and content across social media and digital platforms to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns across key platforms to enhance brand presence, audience engagement, and community building.
  • Craft compelling and persuasive content for ads, website, email campaigns, and other brand communications to ensure messaging consistency and resonance.
  • Ensure that content is timely, visually compelling, and aligns with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and other brand collaborators to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Develop influencer strategies to amplify brand messages, ensuring alignment with overall brand values and goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C industry.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft impactful messaging.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
