Two years ago, with a small team of people from Indore, we launched our game-changing self-watering planters. We believed then, as we do now, that home decor should be both beautiful and hassle-free.
Our self-watering plants with planters were an instant hit. Customers loved the idea of watering their plants just once a week. It has made plant parenting a breeze. And with their continued support, we have become known for delivering top-notch products that combine style and function seamlessly.
Our goal is to shake up the home decor industry by offering innovative solutions. We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to drive customer loyalty, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and business objectives.
Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and content across social media and digital platforms to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and loyalty.
Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns across key platforms to enhance brand presence, audience engagement, and community building.
Assist in content creation and ensure it aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals, video content, and copy for organic and paid social media campaigns.
Content Management:
Craft compelling and persuasive content for ads, website, email campaigns, and other brand communications to ensure messaging consistency and resonance.
Ensure that content is timely, visually compelling, and aligns with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Upload and manage content across all social media channels, ensuring it’s properly tagged, scheduled, and optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing:
Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and other brand collaborators to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Develop influencer strategies to amplify brand messages, ensuring alignment with overall brand values and goals.
Negotiate contracts, manage influencer communications, and execute influencer campaigns.
Coordinating with third-party agencies (PR, influencer, ads, photoshoot, digital) to ensure smooth marketing operations and timely delivery of brand assets.
Researching, identifying, and onboarding key influencers and bloggers to improve social media engagement and drive sales.
Customer Insights & Market Trends:
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.
Use customer feedback and data to continuously refine social media content and campaigns, ensuring relevance and engagement.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all social media activity is aligned with company goals, values, and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C industry.
Proven experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft impactful messaging.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
