We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to lead our Human Resources department and drive the strategic HR initiatives for our growing IT organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of HR in a similar sized organization, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. The Head of HR will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on all HR-related matters.
  • Lead the HR team in implementing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Design and implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations:Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Performance Management:Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system that aligns individual goals with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Identify and address performance issues in a constructive manner.
  • Compensation and Benefits:Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Organizational Development:Identify and implement organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee morale.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Operations:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in an IT organization of similar size (up to 500 employees).

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR programs and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS,HRMS systems and other HR technologies.
