Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and be a part of renowned Genus Group. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and on-boarding.

• HR Policies: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and organizational needs. Working closely with the leadership team and co-founders to drive strategic initiatives.

• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Address employee grievances and conduct investigations as necessary.

• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.

• HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes. Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.


Qualifications:

• MBA/Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Fintech Lending/NBFC or Clean-tech sector.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.

• Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects & initiatives.

• Proven track record of hiring and nurturing the talent in NBFC environment
