Job Summary:

An experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the establishment and management of HR processes at Nine Jewellery. The HR Head will be instrumental in laying down the processes, drafting job descriptions, and implementing performance management systems to create a process-driven culture. This role involves setting up HR processes, launching HR software, and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions. A proven track record in HR leadership, a strong understanding of HR systems, and a commitment to fostering a structured workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management:- Lay down the processes and departmentalization by framing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Draft job descriptions based on the established SOPs to define roles and responsibilities clearly.- Develop Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the job descriptions to set the tone for goals and appraisals.

Talent Acquisition/Recruiting:Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.Identify and utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Operational Oversight:- Drive a process-driven culture, gradually migrating from people-driven systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.- Launch and manage HR software to digitise HR systems, enhancing operational efficiency and data management.- Establish comprehensive HR processes that support operational objectives and company growth.

Performance Management:- Implement a Performance Management System (PMS) that aligns with the KRAs and KPIs to drive performance and accountability.- Ensure that the performance appraisal process is transparent, fair, and consistent.

Employee Relations and Culture:- Foster a structured and supportive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, maintaining ethical standards and practices.-Ensure employee benefits plans are rolled out in sync with the industry norms.

Reporting and Analytics:- Prepare and present regular HR reports and metrics to senior management, including progress on process implementation and system efficiency.- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.

Qualifications and experience

:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience of 3+ years in HR management or leadership roles.- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, performance management systems, and HR technology solutions.

Skills and Traits:- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in HR technology and systems, with a keen interest in process digitization and automation.- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the company’s growth and success.
