The Centre of Excellence (CoE) for AI is dedicated to building a robust innovation ecosystem in India to solve industry challenges by collaborating with enterprises, government departments, premier institutes, and start-ups.

MSMEs are a crucial segment of the economy that requires support for digitalization. The CoE is committed to accelerating the adoption of advanced solutions, with a strong focus on MSMEs, to help them transform their operations through digital technologies. In this role, you will combine your passion and enthusiasm for increasing digital adoption among MSMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

-      Connect with MSME industry leaders to understand their businesses and current challenges.

-      Discuss and propose advanced technical solutions based on AI, IoT, AR/VR, Analytics, and other technologies to address operational challenges.

-      Present our value proposition and generate interest to adopt the smart solutions created by deep tech startups

-      Plan and execute awareness workshops, capability-building programs, solution showcases, and other events to support MSMEs and other CoE initiatives

-      Engage with industry associations.

-      Facilitate visits of MSMEs to the experience zone/ smart labs to create awareness of smart solutions.

Educational Requirements:

-      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

-      Knowledge of emerging technologies will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

-     3-4 years of experience in industry engagement, business development and sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology sector.

-      Strong network within industry associations and MSME circles

-      Proven experience in working with MSMEs and understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.

-      Experience in organizing and executing workshops, seminars, and other events.

-      Demonstrated experience in proposing and implementing technology-based solutions to business problems.
