Enterprise Sales Lead - West (Cloud & Datacenter)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for cloud and datacenter solutions, aligning with organizational goals.

- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities in enterprise and mid-market segments.

Revenue Generation:

- Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

- Drive customer acquisition, account penetration, and deal closures for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and datacenter solutions.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals.

- Provide guidance on deal strategy, pricing, and customer engagement to ensure consistent pipeline growth.

Customer Relationships:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.

- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cloud and datacenter space.

- Provide insights to marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demands.

Partnership Management:

- Collaborate with cloud providers, technology vendors, and channel partners to drive joint go to-market initiatives.

- Establish strategic alliances to enhance solution offerings and customer value.

Reporting & Forecasting:

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve team Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in cloud and/or datacenter solutions.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a leadership capacity.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and datacenter technologies.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams.

- Experience in managing large-scale enterprise accounts and working with channel partners.
