Working Hours: Night Shift, 6:30 p.m. IST to 3:30 a.m. IST (Mon–Fri; Sat & Sun off)
Role Overview
As a Senior Business Development Representative (Sr. BDR) , you will take ownership of prospecting strategy for high-value enterprise accounts and mentor junior BDRs on best practices. You will work closely with Sales leadership to refine messaging and ensure pipeline quality, contributing directly to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Lead prospecting efforts into complex enterprise accounts, engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior BDRs, sharing best practices in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
Execute targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels, creating and nurturing long-term opportunities.
Partner with Sales leadership to align outreach strategy with territory goals.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions and market insights.
Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.
4–7 years of B2B inside sales/lead generation experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Prior experience guiding or mentoring junior sales team members preferred.
Strong business acumen and ability to drive conversations with senior decision makers.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Outreach).
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
