To lead and manage the Direct Channel business for the assigned branch, achieving sales targets, maintaining quality business, and developing a high-performing team of Relationship Managers/Sales personnel.Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Drive the branch to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for life insurance products sourced through the Direct Channel. - Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers/Direct Sales personnel. - Performance & Retention: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide on-the-field support, and focus on talent retention and team engagement. - Business Quality: Ensure adherence to underwriting norms, maintain high persistency (renewal rates), and focus on sourcing high-quality, profitable business. - Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to all company processes, sales practices, and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) to maintain a clean business record.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business - 5+ years' of experiance In Life Insurance And Min 1 Years Of Experiance In team handling - Channel Experience: Prior experience in the Direct Sales Channel of a life insurance company is highly valued.Info ::avanik@tekpillar.com/8200421048
