**Job description**:

- **Job**_**purpose**_**-**
Develop and implement marketing plans to meet sales quotas. Track marketing and sales data and identify areas of improvement.
- **Job role-**_
- _Set marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels._
- _Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services._
- _Answer questions from clients about product and service benefits._
- _Maintain excellent relationship with clients through superior customer service._
- _Track sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals._
- _Analyse trends, data, demographics and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance._
- _Help in interviewing, hiring, managing, and directing members of the company’s marketing and sales teams._
- _Implement and adhere to company’s policies and procedures._

**Qualification**:
Minimum 10+2 (HS)

**Additional requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Possess outstanding sales skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as and when needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
