Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Real Estate Sales & Marketing Manager for MBS Group India, located in Noida. The successful candidate will oversee marketing and sales for our construction projects and developments across five locations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, meeting sales targets, leading a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth to enhance our market presence. This role is crucial for achieving our sales objectives and expanding our market footprint.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate sales with a prominent firm
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus
