We are looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Manager to drive end-to-end sales of our lending tech solutions. This role is perfect for professionals with experience selling into financial institutions, NBFCs, fintechs, or DSAs, especially those familiar with loan management systems (LMS) or lending platforms.Key Responsibilities • Own the entire sales funnel – from prospecting to closure. • Identify and qualify leads across NBFCs, fintechs, DSAs, and banks. • Conduct product demos and build strong business cases for adoption. • Understand client lending processes deeply and map product value to pain points. • Drive negotiation, contracting, and closure of deals. • Maintain strong relationships with leadership level stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships. • Track pipeline, report sales metrics, and consistently meet/beat revenue targets.Ideal Candidate Profile • 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales, with experience selling into fintech, financial institutions, NBFCs. • Understanding of lending workflows (origination, credit underwriting, disbursement, collections). • Proven track record of end-to-end deal ownership and achieving sales targets. • Ability to engage with CXOs, business heads, and product leaders. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Hustle + consultative sales approach: ability to dive deep into customer challenges and align product solutions.What We Offer • Fast-growing fintech startup environment with ownership & autonomy. • Opportunity to work on a disruptive lending technology product. • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. • Growth path into Sales Leadership / Enterprise Accounts.
