Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants to potential clients and staffing agencies to secure project placements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and third-party staffing agencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to match consultants with suitable job requirements.
  • Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and vendors.
  • Monitor and follow up on submissions to ensure successful placements.
  • Maintain an updated database of active bench consultants and client requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to management on marketing activities, submissions, and placements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Good understanding of C2C business model
  • Excellent knowledge of all US visas and work permits
  • 3 years of IT US staffing Experience
  • Proven experience in bench sales recruiting within the IT consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT terminologies, technologies, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
