Hiring: Head of Digital Marketing.
Location: Bangalore.
Experience: 9-15+ Years.
We're seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Marketing with a strong foundation in digital strategy, team leadership, and data-driven campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C digital marketing, preferably within EdTech or the education domain, and be adept at driving lead generation and brand growth through omnichannel initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategies across digital, advertising, and brand communications.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for marketing.
- Manage brand reputation and ensure consistency across digital & offline channels.
- Develop customer personas and optimize user journeys.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve business goals.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, SMM, CRM, Google Analytics, and event-based marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 9-15+ years of experience in digital marketing with leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
- Hands-on with social media, webinars, email campaigns, remarketing.
- Prior experience in ATL, TTL, BTL strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- MBA/B.Tech with relevant certifications in digital marketing.
- Prior exposure to global training or education markets is a plus.
