Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Edtech Head located in Bengaluru. The Edtech Head will oversee the development and implementation of educational technology strategies, lead a team of educators and developers, and ensure the integration of technology in educational practices. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with stakeholders, managing projects, evaluating the latest trends in education technology, and providing training and support to staff. Additionally, the role involves setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and best practices.

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in educational technology and curriculum development
  • Project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technology integration in educational settings
  • Experience in training and professional development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus
