The Role
You'll be the growth engine and operational architect of Assessli.
From closing enterprise deals to designing operational processes that scale like wildfire, you'll be in the driver's seat with me.
Your Mission
- Close Big: Drive B2B/B2G sales, from lead gen to closing contracts worth crores.
- Build Systems That Scale: Create operational processes that handle explosive growth without breaking.
- Expand Relentlessly: Take us from India to global markets.
- Be the Face: Represent Assessli at high-stakes meetings, events, and investor calls.
- Team Up: Build, lead, and inspire top-tier sales & ops teams.
You Bring
- A track record of growing revenue and scaling ops.
- High-stakes negotiation skills and killer relationship-building ability.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, EdTech, or other tech-led domains (preferred).
- The mindset of a founder — ownership, speed, and risk appetite.
- Bangalore presence (or relocation).
