We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer with 6+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for complex software products, APIs, web and mobile applications, cloud platforms, or enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and support engineers to create high-quality content that enables customers and internal teams to use our products and Responsibilities :


- Plan, design, write, and maintain a wide range of documentation including user manuals, API documentation, product help guides, installation/setup instructions, online help, release notes, and developer guides.

- Work closely with engineering, QA, product management, and UX/UI teams to understand product features and functionalities.

- Interview SMEs and review technical specifications to gather detailed information for content development.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-focused documentation.

- Maintain and update documentation based on feedback, product updates, and new feature releases.

- Develop content strategies and contribute to building and maintaining a knowledge base, content templates, and style guides.

- Use tools such as Oxygen XML Editor, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word, DITA, or Markdown for structured documentation.

- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and documentation estimates.

- Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and formatting as per company branding and content guidelines.

- Publish and manage content in CMS systems, SharePoint, Confluence, or Git-based Skills :


- Proven experience of 6+ years as a Technical Writer in a software development or product-based organization.

- Strong knowledge of technical writing tools such as Oxygen XML, RoboHelp, MadCap Flare, Adobe

FrameMaker, MS Word, Markdown, or LaTeX.

- Experience with DITA/XML authoring, topic-based authoring, and structured writing.

- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software documentation workflows.

- Understanding of REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI specs, and developer-focused documentation.

- Experience working with source control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and content versioning.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and scripting languages is a plus.

- Ability to quickly learn complex technologies and simplify them for varied audiences.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High attention to detail and commitment to Qualifications :


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Certification in Technical Writing (STC, CPTC, etc.) is an added advantage.

- Exposure to SaaS products, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps tools, Data Analytics, or Embedded systems is a plus.
