This is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling revenue, expanding market coverage, and deepening customer impact across India. You will lead a high-performing sales engine focused onB2B demand generation, Campaign Management, pipeline creation/acceleration, and customer retention —with direct influence over performance, client strategy, and bottom-line outcomes.What You'll Do Strategic & Revenue Leadership Create , define and execute thedemand generation campaigns and inside sales strategyfor the respective vertical Own theP&L and revenue forecast , and drive cost-effective revenue growth Oversee execution ofhigh-velocity inside sales motions Continuously optimize lead flow, sales velocity, and conversion rates using actionable insights Client & Stakeholder Engagement LeadCXO-level engagementsincluding MBRs and QBRs with enterprise clients Collaborate with clients on campaign design, performance optimization, and revenue expansion Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and improve overall customer lifetime value Operations & Team Leadership Manage a large-scale inside sales operation with 100+ team members Create adata-driven, high-accountability cultureacross sales execution and delivery Coach Program Managers and Sales Managers to scale performance through metrics, dashboards, and best practices Partner with internal functions (marketing, delivery, sales ops) to streamline GTM alignmentWho You Are 18+ years of experiencein B2B inside sales/demand generation, preferably inIT / IT Services industry Strong background inleading large sales teamswith proven results in pipeline growth and sales productivity Excellent stakeholder management with experience inclient-facing leadership roles Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes using data, insights, and operational excellenceWhy Join Us?
