Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Back Office – Bangalore)Location: Bangalore, IndiaOffice Hours- 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM(Night Shift)Department: Sales – ETG Food Products (Back Office Support)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, energetic Inside Sales Representative to support our North American sales team. This back-office role is based in Bangalore and focuses on outbound cold calling, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings for our sales managers.The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and able to communicate clearly in English with customers in North America.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales Support- Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential customers across the U.S. and Canada. - Introduce ETG Food Products’ range of chickpeas, beans, peas, lentils, and other products. - Identify prospect needs and qualify potential leads.Meeting Coordination- Schedule sales meetings, discovery calls, and product presentations for sales managers. - Maintain accurate appointment calendars and ensure timely follow-ups.CRM & Reporting- Update and manage all leads, call notes, and meeting bookings in the CRM system (Salesforce). - Track daily and weekly performance metrics (call volume, connections, meetings booked). - Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.Customer Communication- Handle basic inquiries via phone and email. - Share introductory product information and company profile documents as needed.Collaboration- Work closely with the North American sales team to target priority accounts. - Coordinate hand-offs of warm leads to the appropriate salesperson.Required Qualifications & Skills- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead-generation roles. - Strong verbal communication skills in English with a North American-friendly telephone manner. - Confidence in making cold calls and speaking with new prospects. - Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). - Ability to work U.S./Canada-aligned shift hours. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting sales in international markets, particularly North America. - Exposure to FMCG, food ingredients, or commodity trading sectors.Ability to understand and discuss basic product information related to pulses and grocery items.
