CLIENT : Reputed real estate entity is a trusted name in residential and commercial development. With a high degree of commitment to quality, transparency, and timely delivery, they have built lasting relationships with customers.


Current project is 30 storied high rise building with 2 Basements aggregating 2.5Lac Sq feet.


KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:


  • Overall responsibility of execution of high rise residential project including all Civil and MEP works while adhering to defined parameters of cost, quality, time and Safety/HSE.
  • Detailed Project Planning including resource management-manpower,materials,plant and machinery etc.
  • Project Execution: As per defined quality, budget, timelines, SOPs and defined Safety/HSE guidelines
  • Project Review & Reporting: Regular monitoring of construction and regular updates/ MIS to relevant stakeholders
  • Effective coordination with consultants, architect, contractors, procurement and head office for drawings, approvals,resources.
  • Effective supervision and control over project overhead costs, project billing, contractor payments leading to cost management and budget control.


INCUMBENT PROFILE:


  • B.E.Civil, 20+ years experience out of which at least 8 years should be in managing high rise residential projects.
  • Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) will be an added advantage.
  • Led complete life cycle of a high rise residential project -from foundation to building completion and handover.
  • Experience in finishing is mandatory.
  • Ability to mobilize labour, deal with sub contractors and manage billing.
  • Ability to Coordinate design and drawings with architect,structural and MEP consultants.
