Title: Client Partner Location: PuneJob Title: Client Partner / Client Success ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Client Partner / Client Success Manager to drive business growth, foster strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing global clients, preferably in the IT services sector, with experience in GCC (Global Capability Center) environments.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXO, VP, Director levels) to understand client needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expansion. Increase client engagement through regular interactions, meetings, and feedback sessions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with Delivery Managers and HR teams to ensure internal teams are aligned with client needs, and performance metrics are met. Work with technical teams to resolve client issues and incidents promptly, ensuring services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and SLAs. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.Requirements:15 years of experience in IT services sector, with at least 8 years of experience in managing BFSI clients. Experience working in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is essential. Experience in Enterprise SaaS solutions is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
