ABOUT AGRIM:

AGRIM is a Series B-funded AgriTech startup building India's largest on-demand B2B marketplace for agri-inputs. Covering the pre-harvest value chain - seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, agro-tools, and animal feed - agri-inputs represent the third-largest retail supply chain in India, valued at $50B+

Key Functional Responsibilities

Operations Leadership at Scale

- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including dispatch, mid-mile, and last-mile movements across FTL and PTL

- Lead warehousing operations to ensuring scalability, compliance, efficiency

- Own and elevate the customer support function, with cost efficiency

Performance & KPI Accountability

- Own and deliver on critical KPIs, including:

- Dispatch/Delivery TAT & compliance to promised timelines

- Return and Cancellation%

- Customer Support CSAT

- Warehousing Dispatch TAT

- Logistics Cost

- Establish a strong review cadence and dashboarding for leadership visibility

- Ensure data-backed decision-making for continuous performance improvement

Operational Excellence

- Drive structured, process-led operations for scalability and consistency

- Streamline processes, cut inefficiencies, and enhance CX

- Automate & digitize workflows with product & tech

- Institutionalize SOPs, best practices, and governance across functions.

Partner & Vendor Management

- Manage and strengthen relationships with logistics partners.

- Negotiate contracts, drive SLA adherence, and ensure cost efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Supply, Demand & Category teams to align ops with growth goals.

- Work with Finance on books compliance, cost allocation, and spend tracking.
