The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth customer experience.Key responsibilities.- Handle inbound calls related to client (Electric) products and Services - Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction - Provide product and service information both in Hindi and English - Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system - Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely manner - Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelinesRequired Skills and Qualification- Minimum qualification:+2/Intermediate (Graduate Preferred) - Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory - Excellent verbal communication and listening skills - Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)Other details:- Candidates must work from Office - Bangalore or Noida - Rotational shifts may apply based on Business requirements.Shift timings : (Shift Allowance are provided)- For Male 24*7 & For Female Employees 7am-7pm Window - 6 Days working - No Fixed OffSelection process: Face to Face Interview only- HR Round followed by Versant - OPS Round - Client round
